Redefining flower delivery.

The Challenge

Bouqs delivers the world's most genuine floral experience. Bouqs is the first online flower retail to build a shopping experience that isn't confusing and doesn't use 99 cent endings to imply things are cheaper than they are. Outside of just delivering fresh, eco-friendly flowers, Bouqs is all about the shopping experience for their customers.

Bouqs partnered with Y Media Labs to engineer and design a mobile experience that their clients deserve. The challenge was to complete this project before Mother's day which was coming up very quickly.

Considering our internal mantra is "Yield to Nothing," we're no strangers to a challenge and took this project head on.

The Process

Time was of the essence. Mother's day was coming soon, but that doesn't mean we have to take shortcuts. We implemented Lean UX as our design methodology, and it proved to be successful for this project.

Lean UX almost always results in better products and stronger relationships (between clients and their mobile agency/team) and saves time, resources, and budget by eliminating extraneous efforts.

On the development side, we interacted with the Bouqs engineering team to interact with their API's, while still maintaining a user experience the customers will love.
