Now, customers can deposit a check and pay their insurance bill with it, all from their phone. Complete with the world's first insurance agent chatbot, now you can file a claim as easily as texting.
Using custom illustrations, we gave State Farm a digital face lift across all product lines. With this new brand voice, who says banking and insurance can't be whimsical?
Launched nationwide simultaneously on Android and iOS, the new State Farm application is platform agnostic and the experience is consistent across devices.
As well as hitting on various key success metrics, the work was recognized as a top performer by Forrester’s Auto Insurance Wave.
