With 10+ years of brand marketing, design, experiential, social and editorial experience, Will brings a holistic point of view to his craft. Will leads marketing at YML, where he is focused on illuminating the power of the YML brand and amplifying both its impact and originality through an array of dynamic and thoughtful tactics and strategies.
Prior to YML, Will spent nine years with Bleacher Report where he played a decisive role in elevating the once tiny digital start-up into a sports media giant and culturally relevant brand. Some of Will's favorite work includes leading art direction and project management in B/R's Media Lab, launching the national rebrand campaign “Up Your Game” (Clio and Effie winner, 2017), and leading the "Larger Than Life" integrated campaign, which involved commissioning a series of murals across the U.S. to celebrate the 2018 World Cup.
At the core of Will's work are two things. First, a relentless curiosity for the next original,
breakthrough idea. And second, a commitment to meaningful, empathetic relationships — they're his secret sauce and cultivating them is a priority.
His obsession with food is becoming a 'borderline problem' according to those who know him best, but he's still always charged, and delighted, with picking the restaurant and/or bar. He still gets a physical paper delivered, dreams of seeing the Aurora Borealis, and while not a true sneakerhead, is definitely obsessed with sneakers. He is passionate about sports, music, travel, movies, fashion, and books.
