Serving as Director of Client Engagement, Melati's focus is on driving thought-leadership, strategic planning and creative excellence for our partners. Melati has spent her career working with top companies like The Home Depot, Dunkin' Donuts, Nationwide Insurance, and Abbott Laboratories. With experience spanning brand and product development, digital, broadcast, social media and influencer marketing, Melati believes that true customer connection, loyalty, and advocacy comes not from a high media spend but from day-to-day interactions. Her passion is helping companies unlock their potential by finding direct, actionable avenues to bring their brand promise to life for the benefit of their customers.

In partnership with her clients, Melati's work has been awarded several times by the Effies (judging for effectiveness), the One Show (interactive integrated branding) and the IAB MIXX Awards (recognizing the world's most high impact digital executions). More importantly, the work delivered real-world results for her partners.

In her free time, Melati enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, "learning the ropes" as a new mom, and rehabilitating foster dogs.
