With over 10 years hands-on experience, Atandra leads product and program management at YML. He has been responsible for product strategy on some of our most successful projects — doubling mobile revenue for The Home Depot, creating a product framework for EMC²; and reinventing the mobile insurance experience for State Farm. A career highlight is reimagining the Staples omni-channel retail experience, and helping them launch Apple Pay in Apple’s feature keynote.
Atandra loves digging deep into qualitative user research and quantitive data, drawing actionable insights that can make a difference. His unique combination of empathy and analysis might be the result of attending medical school, before finding his calling as a product manager and strategist. But, however it happened, connecting with people has always been his lifelong virtue.
In his free time, Atandra looks forward to biking dirt trails, getting sillier by the day with his daughter, and trash talking with fellow NFL fans.
